How do I place an order?
Browse our homemade namkeen, mathri and sweets on this website, then tap “Order on WhatsApp” on any product. A message with the product, pack size and quantity is filled in for you — add the date you need it, send it, and we will reply with the price and pickup or delivery details.
How early should I order?
Please order at least 2 days before you need it. We don't keep ready stock — every order is made fresh in our kitchen after you place it, so it reaches you at its crunchiest. For festivals and bulk orders, message us a few days earlier.
Are your snacks homemade?
Yes. Everything we sell is homemade and made fresh for each order — there is no ready stock sitting on shelves.
Do you use palm oil?
No. We never use palm oil in any of our snacks or sweets.
Where are you located, and do you deliver?
We are at Sant Nagar, Sidh Baba Colony, Katni, Madhya Pradesh. You can pick up your order from us, or message us on WhatsApp with your area to check the delivery options available for your location.
How long do your snacks and sweets stay fresh?
Shelf life is different for every product and is shown on each product page. For the best taste, store snacks in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. If you are unsure about a product, just ask us on WhatsApp.
Do you take bulk or festive orders?
Yes — for bulk orders, return gifts, office gifting or Diwali hampers, message us on WhatsApp with the products, quantities and the date you need them. Everything is made to order and festive weeks fill up fast, so please get in touch early.
Are your products vegetarian?
Every product page shows a vegetarian mark. If you have an allergy or a specific dietary requirement, please check the ingredients on the product page or ask us on WhatsApp before ordering.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment options are shared on WhatsApp when we confirm your order, along with the final price and pickup or delivery details.
